Raven Scale is a cafe located on Khao Yai, right in the middle of a vast forest, under the shade of massive trees. The café’s building is shaped like an ancient scale. The café serves food and drinks, as well as New Nordic menus. The café focuses on providing tasty dishes using locally available raw materials and seasonal ingredients; and applying the New Nordic techniques with raw ingredients of Thailand while avoiding excessive use of seasoning and allowing natural ingredients to show their taste. The brand recognizes itself as a raven, an animal of great calmness, as well as a symbol of natural perfection.

The logo is designed using shapes that imitate nature, such as cut lines that represent nature, wind, sunlight, and mountains; mixed with the shape of a raven, whose wings seem to move freely. The logo reflects the brand’s care of the environment and nature. The letters were newly invented by adapting the structure of the café’s building, with plays on the height, size, and location of the letters that represent the different contexts of different areas.
